1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 tsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch

Here is how you make Asparagus and Tofu with Ginger and Coconut Milk:

Drain the tofu of water, cut into bite-sized pieces and dry in a tea towel.Cut ends off of asparagus and cut diagonally into bite-sized pieces.Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and saute the onion for a couple minutes. Add asparagus and a dash of salt and cook for five minutes, stirring almost constantly.Add tofu, cook for five more minutes, stirring frequently.In a bowl, combine coconut milk, cornstarch, soy sauce, vegetable broth, and ginger.
