How Do I Make Fried Corn?

Here is how you make Fried Corn:

I have a slicer that takes the corn off the cob and milks the cob. If you don't cut the corn off the cob and scrape the cob with the knife to get the milk. In a large skillet add your corn, margarine and start with a half a can of evaporated milk. Stir until margarine is melted. Add the remaining milk as needed. Add pepper. I don't salt as it is cooking. You can add a tablespoon or two of bacon grease. Not calculated in.You could also use fat free evaporated milk.
