1 (17 oz.) can whole corn drained
1 1/2 lbs. beef
1 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (strained)
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella


How Do I Make Corn Moussaka?

Here is how you make Corn Moussaka:

Brown hamburger, drain any excess fat. Add flour, cook and stir for one minute. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, and cinnamon. Spread corn in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour meat mixture over corn in dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine eggs and cottage cheese, and spread over meat mixture. Top with parmesan and then mozzarella.
