In large saucepan, melt butter together with olive oil. Sautee onion, celery, and carrots for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Add garlic, sautee another minute. Add potatoes, reduce heat to medium-low, cook and stir 4-5 minutes. Add broth, cover and simmer 20 minutes until potatoes and carrots are fork tender. Add corn, seasonings and milk.
