2 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of black pepper
2 tsp of Mccormick montreal steak seasoning
2 C of canned green beans drained (about 1 can)
cooking spray as needed

1. preheat oven to 350. Prepare a large skillet or wok. Prepare a large casserole dish.2.
