I like to coat mine with a good amount. i also lightly spray the fish on top with some olive oil non stick spray. cook fish for about 15 minutes if frozen if thawed about half the time until eaisly flaked and opaque. cook shrimp last 5 minutes because they cook fast. Cook pasta according to directions. Heat up sauce and add diced up sun dried tomatoes to sauce.
