Cook add'l 5-6 min ntil veggies are crisp-tender, stirring often. Add garlic & cook 3 min. Remove veggies from skillet. Add remaining oil. Season chicken strips with salt & pepper & cook until lightly browned. Add broth & bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer 3-4 min,making sure I pink remains.
