Spray pot with non-stick spray. Place beef on bottom, fatty side up. Sprinkle with onion powder and black pepper. Add water to base of pot. Wash/scrub & quarter potatoes and place around/atop meat. Drain/rinse white beans and pour over everything. Repeat with green beans. Dowse the pot with Worcestershire sauce then sprinkle on Italian Seasoning mix.
