Half Green Pepper Diced
Olive Oil 1tbsp
Curry Powder Medium hot

How Do I Make Prawn Curry?

Here is how you make Prawn Curry:

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the sliced onions, cook gently until transparent. Add a level tbsp of curry powder and cook for a few seconds then add the tomatoes and pepper and simmer gently, add 2-3 tbsp of water for fluid. Simmer for five minutes until tomatoes soften then add the prawns and gently simmer for a further 20 minutes.Boil a pint of water in a saucepan, when boiling add the rice and cook until tender but not over cooked, approximately 15 minutes.
