1 bag Flav-R-Pac Mediterranean Vegetables
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1 c. water
1 c. fresh basil leaves, whole (larger leaves may be torn)


How Do I Make Deb's Curry 08.2009?

Here is how you make Deb's Curry 08.2009:

Heat peanut oil in large skillet. Saute onions and garlic 2 - 3 minutes until softened. Add turkey, chop and cook until well done. Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Stir in molasses and curry powder. Add vegetables, cranberries and 1 cup of water. Bring back to a simmer, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove cover, add basil and simmer 3 to 5 minutes until basil has wilted and sauce has thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 generous servings.
