Here is how you make Foil Dinner:

Pre-heat oven to 350. Start with a sheet of aluminum foil(approx. the size of a cereal box). Place the chicken breast in the center of the foil. Add the chopped veggies equally to each side of the chicken. Spray the top of everything with 5-10 sprays of butter spray & season. Fold all ends up, making a "pouch". (do not poke with holes). Place the pouch on a baking sheet and bake @ 350 for 1 hour. Everything gets nice and tender, the flavor is awesome and the chicken is nice and moist!
