Here is how you make Easy Cajun Jambalaya:

Heat oil in large pot over med. high heat. Saute chicken until lightly browned. Add onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic and seasonings.. Cook 5 minutes, until onion is translucent. Add rice, shrimp and chicken stock, bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender. Stir in Worchestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
