Here is how you make Quick and Easy Dinner Rolls:

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add egg, sugar, salt and oil. Add 1/2 the flour and beat (w/mixer) until smooth. Add remainder of flour and beat again until smoot. Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full. Let rest until doubled (I've omitted this step when in a rush).
