Here is how you make Easy Change Stir-fry:

Place Chicken (cut into thin strips aprx. 1/2 in. thick max., length doesn't matter) into pre-heated wokAdd 1-2 tbls, of sauce; cook until chicken is barely doneAdd Udon noodles and a bit more sauce (so there is some in bottom of wok); cook 2-3 minutesAdd chopped vegetables; add sauce to taste; cook 3-5 minutes (can cover to cook thick vegetables faster)Remove from heat and serveMake sure you stir through-out the process.
