1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the garlic.2. Cook the garlic until soft than add chopped Facon and cook it until it becomes a lil darker and start to have a great smoky (not burnt!) smell.3. Add the chopped chard stems and when it softened add the leaves. Stir them and let them wilt a little.4. Pour broth in the bottom pan and lower the temperature to low and let the chard simmer about 5 minutes.5. In the mean time poach the eggs.6.
