2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 cup of onion finely chopped
1oz chicken broth
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon cumin
12 corn tortillas
4 oz cheddar cheese
8 oz cooked chicken
1 cup of water
2 cups of tomato sauce
3 tablespoons of tomato past


How Do I Make enchilada?

Here is how you make enchilada:

Steam the chicken on low in 1 cup of water, and add seasonings such as cumin, salt ,& chili powder if you would like a little heat you could add half of a JalapeƱo minced. you want the chicken cooked so that it shreds easily.start the enchilada sauce while the chicken is cooking.Add cumin, chili powder, salt , onion,garlic, tomato sauce,chicken broth,t and tomato past, bring to a boil then simmer on low until thickens.set chicken aside and let cool, then shred.wrap tortillas in paper towel and heat for 30 seconds or until worm.lightly cover the bottom of glass dish with the enchilada sauce. roll chicken inside tortilla and place in the dish. repeat until finished. cover enchiladas with cheese then make on 350 degrees for 25 minutes.garnish each serving with a little sour cream.
