What Are The Ingredients For Gypsy's Family Size Enchilada's Recipe?The ingredients for Gypsy's Family Size Enchilada's are: 4.75 cup Enchilada Sauce - Old ElPaso, Mild (by KATROZZI)2.375 cup Refried Beans Old El Paso 32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 32 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 6 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 head, medium (6" dia) Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 14 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g How Do I Make Gypsy's Family Size Enchilada's?Here is how you make Gypsy's Family Size Enchilada's: This recipe calls for 1- 19 oz. can refried beans, 2-19 oz. cans of enchilada sauce and 6 cups of cheese. First brown the ground chuck and ground turkey together. Once cooked add 1/2 of 19oz. can of Enchilada Sauce and stir to flavor meat. Cook 1 19 oz. can of refried beans in microwave for 4 min. on high. Organize the beans, cheese & ground chuck/turkey in front of you giving enough space for 2 casserole dishes sprayed with pam and a spot to roll up enchilada's. Lay out enchilada's one at a time. Layer on beans then meat, then about a 1/4 cup of cheese. Roll up first folding in each side of the tortilla and then rolling. Do this for 14 tortillas. I use one 8 x 10 casserole dish and a smaller 8 x 8. Pour the rest of the 19 oz. can already used and another 19 oz. can over the enchilada's and then sprinkle another 2 cups on top and cook at 350 degrees for 20 min.
