Here is how you make Lower Fat Lasagna:

Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles according to box instructions. Fully cook the ground Turkey and mix with pasta sauce. Layer in glass oven safe 9x13 dish. Start with a layer of meat, then add a layer of noodles, then a layer of ricotta topped with mozzerella, then another layer of noodles. Continue until all the noodles have been used. Top last layer of noodles with ricotta and mozzerella. Cover with foil and place in oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and cook another 10 minutes.
