Here is how you make Meatloaf Low fat:

with a big mixing bowl tare up 2 slices of bread, add chopped onion. Grate courgettes in a separate bowl and squeeze out excess fluid. Add squeezed courgettes to bowl with bread and onion. Mix in the mince and half the chesse. Really give it a good mix (best using hands). Put full mix in a bread tin and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
