1 lb Shrimp, raw
1 tbls Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)
4 oz Yogurt, plain, low fat
2 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce (asian section of grocery)
1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce (asian section of grocery)
Green Onions, raw, 4 stalks, chopped
Blackened seasoning
a bit of corn starch for dusting shrimp



How Do I Make Bang Bang Fish?

Here is how you make Bang Bang Fish:

Sprinkle fish and peeled raw shrimp with blackened seasoning.In a small bowl, mix the mayo, yogurt, sweet chili and garlic chili sauce. (you can find these at an asian market or asian section of most grocery stores and you NEED them and will end up using them often!) They are very inexpensive at asian markets.Sprinkle corn starch over the shrimp and then just lightly saute in a pan that has been sprayed with a cooking spray. Do not cook all the way, just give it a little color on both sides and then remove from pan and add shrimp to the yogurt mixture with 4 stalks of chopped green onions.Put fish in a shallow casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Top the fish with the shrimp mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
