Here is how you make Bulgur and Flax Pilaf:

In medium saucepan, oil. Add bulgur, flax seed and onion. Stir until bulgur is golden brown and flax is turning dark, about 3 minutes. Water, bullion salt and desired spices (I like garlic powder). Cover, heat to boiling, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Turn off heat, remove lid, and fluff pilaf with fork.
