Here is how you make Apr?s Zumba Frittata:

Use a cast iron or other oven-proof (it's going under the broiler) skillet, heat canadian bacon slices on med-low heat. Whisk together eggs and milk, add salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in skillet with bacon and add the egg mixture on medium heat. Pre-heat broiler to 450?F, adjusting rack if necessary. Top eggs with broccoli, small pieces of cheese slice and parmesan. Turn off stove and place skillet in the broiler.Broil under flame for 2 minutes until cheese is melted and parmesan is lightly browned.
