In a large bowl mix together tuna, potatoes, mayo, and seasonings. When blended, add egg and mix slowly. Mix just enough to bind everything together. Refrigerate for 20 min.Wet hands and shape mixture into 8 patties. Arrange on plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an additional 5 minutes.Sprinkle flour on a plate, and press patties lightly on both sides, just enough to coat.
