Tenderize steak and brush with 2tbsp bbq sauce.Heat oil in frying pan on medium-high heat, toss in peppers, mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Sautee for 10 mins. Meanwhile, grill the steak over medium-low flame for 16 minutes, flipping once at 8 minutes. After you flip the steak start the instant rice, as directed on the package. By then the veggies should be almost cooked but still crunchy. Add the soy sauce and remaining bbq sauce to the veggies, and mix in pan. turn down to medium-low heat.
