Heat olive oil in non-stick pan, add diced or crushed garlic clove, and chopped onions. Sweat the garlic & onions until soft. Add about 0.5 cup of water. Once warmed thru then throw in kale. Keep stirring so all the kale gets mixed with the garlic & onions, plus gets into the liquid. Cook until they reach your preferred stage of wilt. I like them very dark and wilted.
