12 oz packet of mushrooms(you choose the variety, we've done this with portabello and white button and liked the results of both)-sliced
4 celergy stalks-sliced to your liking
2 cups cooked brown rice

Here is how you make Garlic Wine Tilapia:

In 4 ziploc bags, evenly distribute tilapia, celery, mushrooms, and marinade. Let sit for 30 minutes(if you do longer, put it in the fridge).Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Tear off 4 squares of aluminum foil and spray each with nonstick spray.Empty the contents of each bag onto a square and fold over edges to seal, leaving a little room for steam. Cook for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily (I haven't burned these yet even when I've left them cook longer but I wouldn't test this too much).
