generous pinch sea salt

2 tbsp water
1/2 tbsp tamari
1 packet stevia
2 tbsp minced chives

Here is how you make Black Garlic Black Tofu:

Sprinkle tofu on all sides with salt and pepper. Set aside.In a small food processor or blender, puree the black garlic, water, tamari and stevia.Heat a dry, non-stick skillet (or a cast iron one, which is fabulous) over high heat. Add the tofu in one layer and let cook until well browned on all sides.Remove a plate and set aside. Reduce heat to medium.Pour the black garlic mixture into the skillet, stirring constantly.Add tofu and chives back to the skillet with the sauce, stirring gently to coat each piece well.Serve immediately.
