Here is how you make Broiled Garlic Tofu:

Drain the tofu, Slice it up.. I like small pieces because my favorite part is the edges. Spread the tofu on a baking pan I like a pyrex piece because it's easier to clean after. Combine the Garlic and Soy and olive oil and brush on the tofu. Cook for 30 - 40 minutes in a pre-heated 350 oven. Powdered Garlic works fine, may even be better. Makes 2 servings.
