Here is how you make Gluten Free Dinner Rolls:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the eggs, EVO and sugar in a large bowl and mix well with an electric mixer. Add the xanthan gum, potato flour, white rice flour, tapioca flour, sorghum flour, Teff flour, yeast and salt and combine well, gradually adding the lukewarm milk until a thick bread dough is formed. Transfer the dough from the bowl to a floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes. Divide and shape the dough into 12 balls and place in baking pan sprayed with cooking oil. Cover rolls with clean, damp dish towel and let rise at room temperature for 45-60 minutes until double in size. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
