Here is how you make Goulash II:

Brown beef over medium head with garlic and onions. Add chili powder and any other desired spices (cayenne pepper adds spiciness). After beef is brown, add 2/3 of ketchup and bell peppers and simmer.Meanwhile, boil water for pasta. After pasta has been cooking for a few minutes, I add the carrots so they cook more quickly. Drain pasta (and carrots) and return to pan. Add beef mixture and stir in broccoli and remaining ketchup. Season to taste.
