Here is how you make Meatball Goulash:

Prepare noodles as directed on package. Thaw and cook meatballs in microwave according to package directions. Cook onions, garlic, and mushrooms in medium skillet until opaque using nonstick spray. Add Cream of Mushroom soup, water, and paprika, stirring until slightly boiling. Add cooked meatballs and pasta, stirring to coat and heat through.
