How Do I Make Thursday Goulash Goodness?

Here is how you make Thursday Goulash Goodness:

1. Brown your ground turkey in a 5 to 8 quart stock pot.season with 2 tsp of Mrs dash,1 tsp of Lawrys low sodium season salt,1/2 tsp black pepper. (feel free to season to taste,but try to be diligent in avoiding salt products beyond what is listed)2. Wash all utensils and vegetables thoroughly.3. Chop onion and place half in a large bowl and half in your browning turkey.4. Chop chili,daikon and bell pepper,(I prefer and suggest julienne cut) place in bowl with onion and put it to the side.5. Heat a large skillet and add 1 tbsp olive oil6. Chop garlic and add garlic, and the flax seed to pan and saute til garlic turns golden brown. Add 2 oz of reisling (or other preferred mild white wine) to heated mix, stir then add to browned turkey. 7. If turkey is fully cooked lower heat to a light simmer to maintain heat but not overcook while adding other ingredients.8. Add remaining olive oil to skillet,heat and add bowl of vegetables,season with 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash and saute until onions are light golden brown.9. Return skillet to burner set on low med heat. Add 1 tbsp Smart Balance and melt.10. Chop (rinsed) kale raise heat and saute in skillet. Season with Trader Joes 21 Season Salute. Continue to saute then add 2 oz of reisling,stir then add to stock pot.11. Return skillet to burner. Chop rinsed mushrooms. Add rest of Smart Balance to skillet melt,add mushrooms and sear/saute. When edges are browned add to stock pot.12. Rinse and cut tomato into bite size pieces,add to stock pot13. Fold all ingredients together,raise heat and add remaining reisling and stir with heat.14. Add paprika,Pink salt,remaining pepper and remaining Mrs. Dash,add water and continue to stir.15. Bring to a slight boil,lower heat to low and simmer for approx. 15 minutes 16.
