Souvlaki:In a large bowl, coat the chicken with the Greek seasoning, rubbing it into the pieces very well. Combine all other ingredients together in a separate bowl, then pour over the seasoned chicken, coat well. Cover and set in fridge to marinate at least 1 hour but the longer the better.Place on skewers and grill over low heat until the juices run clear.You can serve the souvlaki with pita, red onion slices, lettuce, tomatoes and tzatziki sauce if you like. Although these are not counted in the nutritional information.
