3 (or more) cloves garlic
1 onion
2 c chopped kale
2 c chopped Swiss Chard (can substitute other strong greens, such as collard greens, mustard greens, and so forth)
1 apple, chopped small
mustard and other spices to taste


How Do I Make Sauteed Greens?

Here is how you make Sauteed Greens:

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until beginning to soften. Add kale, chard, and apple, and continue to saute until all are cooked. Mix in mustard (I happened to have some Exotic Ginger Curry mustard - very yummy!) and other seasonings to taste.
