An oldie from the 1960s - found on the back of a soup can - not exactly healthy but this version does lighten things up a bit! Originally it was called "Prairie Hash" but my sister & I got smart and asked Mom if it contained prairie dog meat, so my mother promptly re-named the recipe in our honor! This recipe is easily halved, but it freezes quite well so I always make a double batch. What Course Is Prairie Dog Hash MR?Prairie Dog Hash MR is for Dinner.
