1/4 Cup Bull's Eye Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce, (You can use more or less according to your taste.)

1 to 2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic (or to taste)

Put 1/4 Cup of the juice from the canned tomatoes into a Dutch Oven or large pot. Saute Onion, Celery, Garlic and Bacon in this liquid until is absorbed, and onion, celery and bacon are cooked, about five/ten minutes. Add Ground Beef and cook until beef is browned.
