Here is how you make Homemade Spicy Shawarma:

Boil the chicken and shred it well.In a hot fry pan add the olive oil and fry the shredded chicken till a bit crunchy on the outside. Put aside on kitchen paper to soak up the excess oil.In a bowl mix the yoghurt and the Hot peper sauce, add the salt, cucumbers and carrots. Mix well and let it sit for 10 mins.Put the pita bread flat and put couple of spoons of the chicken evenly throughout the length, do the same with the yoghurt and pepper sauce. Add some lettuce leaves, for some crunch. Roll the bread, you can also wrap half the pita in foil for presentation and it will be esay to hold and eat.You can swap the yoghurt fro low calorie humus/ Tahein too.
