Here is how you make Italian Meatball Sandwiches:

Beat egg lightly in large bowl. Add beef, sausage, bread crumbs, cup tomato sauce, onion and bell pepper: mix well. Form into one inch meat balls and place in 9 x 13 in baking pan. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. I drain them on paper towels to reduce the fat content and add to heated spaghetti sauce.
