When bubbling, add rice and salt.Add olive oil to a large skillet and set on medium.Chop chicken and sausage and add to skillet. When about 1/2 cooked add onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Cook another 8 to 10 minutes. Pour into the rice mixture and stir well.
