Add the sausage and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan when done. To the rendered fat add onions and celery and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the chicken and cook until it turns white. Add salt and black pepper. Now add the sausage and bacon back into the pot along with the peppers and mushrooms. Add cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Stir in the rice, tomatoes and the tomato sauce and pour in the boiling water. Now add the paprika and stir. Cook covered, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and all of the liquid is absorbed.
