Saute until onions are translucent and sausage is crisp. Add chicken and saute until lightly browned. Add garlic, thyme, pepper and rice. Cook briefly to fry rice briefly, then add water and boullion. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium for 20-30 minutes until water is completely soaked up, stirring frequently.
