2 1 cup raw long grain white rice rinsed and drained
.5 cup chopped celery

.5 cup chopped onion
3 boneless chicken thighs, skin and fat removed, cut into
large piece
1 package Aidells Cajun minis ( turkey and chicken)
6 large shrimp ,shelled and deveined
4 cups water
canola oil spray.

1. heat a large nonstick skillet or dutch oven over med heat 2 when hot spay with pam and add onion,celery and onion 3 saute 2 min then add chicken, turn up heat and cook stiring until just until chicken is white on outside 4 add sausages rice and jambalaya mix stir and bring to boil5 reduce heat to low cover and simmer 20 minutes without lifting lid6 add shrimp replace lid and cook another 5 minutes7 remove from heat and let sit another 5 minutes 6 Stir and serve
