Here is how you make Kale and Andouille:

Cut Kielbasa and Andouille sausage into bite size piece and fry until brown. Stir in cooked, chopped Kale and saute until Kale begins to dry out.While that is cooking Saute garlic in Olive Oil until soft, add cooked rice and saute until rice begins to brown.Add to rice mixture the Sausage/Kale and mix thoroughly.
