Here is how you make Lamb Khouzi:

This recipe is for 4 individual lamb shank servings. It pairs beautifully with my Lentil Puree!Place the lamb shanks in the bottom of a slow cooker. Pour tomato puree over the shanks. Sprinkle the raisins and the cardamom over the shanks.In a bowl, mix all of the other ingredients, then evenly sprinkle over the lamb shanks.Cook on high for roughly 5 hours.
