How Do I Make Mock Lasagna?

Here is how you make Mock Lasagna:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly coat a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour and Smart Balance together in a mixing bowl. Fold in spinach and half of the cheese. Spread evenly in prepared pan and bake for 1 hours. Without removing from the oven, evenly top with sauce and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 more minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
