1 jar spaghetti sauce
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 large egg

1/4 to 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (as desired)
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 cups (8oz) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Here is how you make Lasagna Florentine:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile cook turkey and garlic in a large skillet until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Add sauce; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine ricotta, egg, spinach, pepper flakes, and nutmeg; mix well.Spread 1/2 cup sauce/turkey mixture on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Layer half of noodles on top; spoon 1/2 cheese mixture over noodles. Spoon 1 cup sauce over cheese and layer remaining noodles, then remainder of sauce and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes or until bubbly.
