Here is how you make Jenna's Meatless Lasagna!:

Begin by cooking lasagna noodles (I usually break mine in half...it goes MUCH faster!) until al dente. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425. Once noodles are cooked, get other ingredients ready to go. I usually use a casserole dish to cook mine in. After noodles are cooked, just begin by layering all ingredients. I start with a tiny layer of sauce (to keep from sticking to pan) then use noodles, cottage cheese, small amount of mozzerella, sauce, noodles, cottage cheese....etc. until all ingredients are gone! (Save about 1 1/2 cups of cheese to put on very top of lasagna. Cook for about 45 minutes and serve!
