32 oz. 1% Cottage Cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, reduced fat
1 cup 2 % Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
9 Lasagna Noodles
Italian Seasoning to taste


How Do I Make Simple Lasagna?

Here is how you make Simple Lasagna:

In a Dutch oven boil water and cook lasagna noodles according to direction on package. In the meantime, in a large skillet over medium heat brown the ground turkey. Add pasta sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese,1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese, egg and Italian seasoning. To assemble, in the bottom of a 9 x 14 inch baking dish evenly spread 3/4 cup of the sauce mixture. Cover with 3 lasagna noodles, 1 3/4 cup of the cheese mixture, and 1/4 cup sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with 3 noodles, remaining sauce, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Add 1/2 cup water to the edges of the pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
