Here is how you make My Healthy Lasagne:

Brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash, and bell peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Spaghetti Sauce to beef and vegetables. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.In a large pot, boil water and add lasagne. Cook until soft.Preheat oven to 375, and spray nonstick cooking spray to 2 small glass baking dishes.When pasta is cooked, drain and place a layer of pasta on the bottom of each dish. Add a layer of sauce. Repeat this process until there is no more pasta and sauce. Add 1/3 cup mozarella cheese to the tops of each dish.
