While cabbage steams, cook garlic and onions in skillet over medium heat with 1 tbls oil, when onions are translucent add in turkey and cook until browned, add sauce and spinach and cook along with the broth and cook until thoroughly heated.Layer meat mixture and cabbage as you would a traditional lasagna then bake for 25 minutes at 350.I toy around with the spices and sauce each time I make this recipe so that's it's always unique.
